MOORESBORO- Bill Hines, 83, died Thursday, July 5, 2018, at Atrium Healthcare in Shelby. Born August 6, 1934, in Arkansas, he was the son of the late Signor and Jessie Williams Hines. He served in the Navy and worked as an Aerospace Engineer with Lockheed Martin.
PRECEDED: In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Carmelita Rothrock.
SURVIVED: He is survived by his loving wife, Jackie Carter Hines of Mooresboro; sons, Jeff Hines and wife Sherry of Rutherfordton, and Kevin Hines and wife Angela of Charlotte; step-daughter, Leanna Fraser and husband Tony of Shelby; sister, Susie Coble and husband Royce of Arkansas; granddaughter, Amber Crawford and husband Jonathan of Shelby; and many nieces and nephews.
FUNERAL SERVICES: Will be private to the family.
FUNERAL HOME: Arrangements are entrusted to Clay-Barnette Funeral, Cremation & Pet Aquamation Center
