Vickey Grayson

SHELBY- Vickey Church Grayson, 56, died Thursday, June 18, 2015, at her home. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Fredrick “Bill” and Mary Justice Church. She was a member of Union Baptist Church, and a volunteer with Hospice of Cleveland County. She had a love for the outdoors, and was a fighter and survivor of cancer for 12 years.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Skyler Day; and brother, Jerry Justice.

SURVIVED: She is survived by her loving daughter, April Grayson Moses and husband Nelson of Lawndale; sister, Peggy Hulick and husband Wilson of Hickory; brothers, Ron Church and Donnie Church and wife Karen, all of Shelby; grandson, Hunter Moses; sister-in-law, Loretta Justice of Toluca; nieces and nephews, Misty and Robert Yelton, Josh, Heather, and Brody Church, Melissa and Wesley Pittman, Kaylem Spirlen, Denise, David, and Jared Terry; and her beloved dogs.

FUNERAL SERVICES: Monday, 11a.m., at Union Baptist Church

VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the church

BURIAL: Will follow in the church cemetery
