Teresa Round

SHELBY-Teresa Wright Round, 58, peacefully entered into rest after a lengthy illness on November 17, 2013 with family at her side. She was born to the late William “Bill” Sr. & Parlee Wright in Arlington, VA and graduated from Wakefield High School class of 1973. She relocated to Shelby, NC in 1994 and was a member of Second Baptist Church. All those who knew Teresa remember her unconditional love, especially her love for her children.
PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she joins two very close friends in Heaven; Bruce McCurry & Linda Huff as well as her brother, William “Billy” Wright, Jr.
SURVIVED: She is survived by 3 children, their spouses whom she loved as her own, and her grandchildren; Tammy & Billy Goodman (Tiffany & Brittany) of Strausburg, VA; Robert & Angie Round (Tyler, Bradley, & Carson) of Polkville, NC; & Chris & Sally Round (Morgan, Jonah, & Jaxson) of Bonaire, GA.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends Thursday, 5:00-6:30pm at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home with services to follow at 6:30pm in the Funeral Home Chapel.
