Susan was loved by many—her pickleball community, her fellow parishioners at Elizabeth Baptist Church, and her Welcome Wagon friends. She was the ultimate volunteer for Totally Free Clothes in Shelby, the Elizabeth Baptist Church Wednesday Supper, and the Don Gibson Theater usher staff. She loved to celebrate life, and her Welcome Wagon Supper Club baked treats were cherished by all who had the pleasure of sharing them. All who knew Susan will forever cherish the memories of her enthusiasm, her warmth and friendliness, and her beautiful smile.

A memorial service to celebrate Susan's life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donating to the Don Gibson Theatre in Susan’s name.
