Stephanie Brooke Heafner

LAWNDALE-Stephanie Brooke Heafner, 28, died Friday, Feb. 24, 2017, at her home. A native of Cleveland County, she is the daughter of Carla “Jill” Heafner of Lawndale. She was a member of Polkville Baptist Church.

SURVIVED: In addition to her mother, she is survived by her grandparents, Hal Lee and Becky Clayton Heafner of Lawndale; aunts and uncles, Rev. Alex Lee Heafner and wife Susan of Mocksville, Tina Greene and husband Gary of Shelby, and Shannon Tomlin and husband Dewey of Lawndale; great-uncle and aunts, Rev. Ralph Clayton and wife Faye of Reidsville, and Joy Burns of Troy; and cousins, Elizabeth, Samuel, Dallas, and Matthew.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, in the church

FUNERAL SERVICES: Funeral services will be held 4pm, Sunday, at Polkville Baptist Church

OFFICIATING: Revs. Rick Hamrick and Ralph Clayton will officiate

BURIAL: Burial will follow in Union Baptist Church cemetery
