KINGS MOUNTAIN- Sammy Jack Ogle, 72, died Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Carolinas Healthcare of Kings Mountain. He was born in Sevier Co., Tn. to the late Sam and Dora Whaley Ogle. He loved his family and his cat Trouble who was raised on a bottle from 10 days old, but Trouble has since passed away.
PRECEDED: In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles.
SURVIVED: He is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Helen Shelton Ogle, of the home.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends Friday, March 3, 2017, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel of Kings Mountain.
FUNERAL SERVICES: Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 5, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Atchley Funeral Home in Sevierville, Tn.
OFFICIATING: Rev. Ted Ogle will be officiating.
BURIAL: Internment will be at Caton’s Chapel in Sevierville, Tn..
