SHELBY- Samuel “Sam” Mullinax, 69, died Monday, Mar. 6, 2017, at his home. A native of Cleveland County, he was the son of the late William Ray and Mary Frances Turner Mullinax.
PRECEDED: In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Roger, Gene, and Leonard Mullinax
SURVIVED: He is survived by his sister, Della Anderson and husband Wayne of Shelby; brothers, William Ray Mullinax Jr. of Butner, Joe Frank Mullinax and wife Cindy, and Terry Mullinax and wife Dreama, all of Shelby
FUNERAL SERVICES: A private family service will be held.
