SHELBY- Mrs. Ruth Gardner Wyatt, 81, of 516 E. Circle Dr., Shelby, died Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at Hospice at Wendover.
FUNERAL: 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 28, 2006 at New Prospect Baptist Church
BURIAL: Church cemetery
VISITATION: The family will receive friends an hour before the service at the church and other times at the home.
PERSONAL HISTORY: Born in Rutherford County to the late George and Sela Marrow Reavis, she was a member of New Prospect Baptist Church.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Barbara Goode and Mae Patterson and a brother, Jimmy Reavis.
SURVIVORS: She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Wyatt of the home; a son, Kenneth Wayne Wyatt of Gaffney, SC; and several nieces and nephews.
