Russell Lee Crowder

SHELBY- Mr. Russell Lee Crowder, 57, of 1414 Foust Rd., died Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at Hospice at Wendover. A native of Cleveland County, he was a son of Norman Mauney of Shelby and the late Sarah Crowder Mauney. He was previously employed with Daniel Construction and was a member of Dover Baptist Church.

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lee and Myrtle Crowder.

SURVIVORS: In addition to his father, he is survived by a brother, Dusty Mauney of Cherryville, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

FUNERAL: The funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday, January 26, 2007 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel.

BURIAL: Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:30 p.m., Friday, January 26, 2007 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home and other times at the home of his father, 1416 Foust Rd., Shelby.
