Reba Inez Davis Ellis

MOORESBORO- Mrs. Reba Inez Davis Ellis, 89, of Westside Lane, passed away Friday April 25, 2014 at Autumn Care of Forest City. A native of Cleveland County, she was born February 19, 1925, daughter of the late Rufus and Frances “Frannie” Lovelace. She was a member Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church and a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Colon William Ellis; grandson, Kevin Scott Ellis; several brothers and sisters; and infant son, Gary Dean Ellis.

SURVIVED: She is survived by one son, Charles W. Ellis and wife Mary Ann of Mooresboro; one sister, Letha martin of Forest City; three Great Grandchildren, Dusty D., John C., and Cody Ellis; six Great Great Grandchildren.

SERVICES: A funeral service will be held 2 pm Tuesday at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home of Shelby.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

CLERGY: Dr. J. Eric Davis will officiate

BURIAL: Burial will immediately follow in Cleveland Memorial Park
