SHELBY- Mrs. Phyllis Willis Cook, 70, of 810 Hampton Street, died Thursday, March 05, 2009 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. A native of Cleveland County, she is the daughter of Bonnie Dayberry Willis of Shelby and the late D.D. Willis. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
SURVIVORS: In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son Kyle Cook; and two daughters Debbie Kelley and Kristi Cook, all of Shelby.
GRAVESIDE: A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 7, at 1:00pm at Cleveland Memorial Park.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends following the graveside service.
CLERGY: The Revs. Dan Wallace and Mike Wood will be officiating.
MEMORIALS: Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, 320 Old Boiling Springs Church Road, Shelby, NC 28152
