SHELBY-Patsy “Pat” Hamrick Linkous, 70, died Wednesday, June 3, 2015, at Testa Family Hospice in Kings Mountain. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late William and Margaret Murray Hamrick.
PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sisters, Judy Smith and Pam Morrow.
SURVIVED: She is survived her husband of Barry Linkous, of the home; daughter, Joann Toney and husband Chad of Columbia; son, David Sparkes and wife Donna of Cherryville; sister, Dot Hollifield and husband Derrell of Shelby; brother, Joe Hamrick and wife Linda of Shelby; grandchildren, Michelle, Matthew, and Michael Sparks, Ashley Young and husband Nate, and Patrick Toney.
MEMORIAL SERVICES: Saturday, 2pm, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel
VISITATION: The family will receive friends following the service, at the funeral home.
