SHELBY- Natacha Maria Sheldon, a cherished soul born on February 24, 1957, in Jersey City, NJ, passed away peacefully on July 20, 2026, in Shelby, NC, at the age of 69. Her journey through life was marked by compassion, dedication, and an unwavering love for her family and friends.

Natacha devoted her life to the service of others, spending her career as a nurse. Her selfless nature and gentle spirit touched countless lives. She had an innate ability to provide comfort and care, bringing light into the lives of those she tended to, both in her professional life and at home.

A loving wife, Natacha shared 22 beautiful years with her husband, Pete Sheldon. Together, they explored the wonders of the world, with travels that took them to magical places, most joyously to Disney and Sea World. Her adventurous spirit and joy for life were infectious, spreading happiness wherever she went.

Family was the cornerstone of Natacha's life. She is survived by her beloved husband, Pete; her son, Daniel Lazo, who carries forward her legacy of kindness and strength; her mother, Maria Garcia; and her sister, Isel Falcon, along with her husband Carlos. Natacha's love extended to her grandchildren, Fariah and Leticia, who were her pride and joy, and to her nephews, Benjamin and Samuel, who adored her deeply.

Preceded in death by her father, Sergio Garcia, Natacha leaves behind a tapestry of love and memories that will forever be cherished by those who knew and adored her.

Her devotion to everyone she loved, her unwavering strength, and her compassionate heart serve as an inspiration to us all. As we celebrate Natacha’s extraordinary life, we hold close the lessons of love and kindness she imparted, knowing she now rests in peace, surrounded by eternal light and love.
