SHELBY- Mrs. Minnie Rabb Hopper, 95, died Wed., June 13, 2012 at the Lutheran Home of Hickory. A native of Rutherford Co., she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Florence Hayes Rabb. She retired from textiles and was a member of the Missionary Methodist Church.
PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Foster Hopper; and ten brothers and sisters.
SURVIVED: She is survived by her son, Bob Hopper of Hickory; daughter, Matril Wilson of Shelby; 5 grandchildren, Beth Wilkie and husband Allen, Keith Wilson and wife Robin, Shawn Wilson, all of Shelby, Jeffrey Hopper of Lake Mary, Fl, Dana Hopper Baldwin and husband Tommy of Fletcher; 8 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; and a special niece, Cheri Nipper of Asheville
GRAVESIDE SERVICES: 4pm, Friday, at Sunset Cemetery
VISITATION: The family will receive friends 2:30 to 3:30pm, Friday, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home
