SHELBY- Ms. Marie Hamrick Willson, 83, of 600 S. Martin St., died Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.
FUNERAL: Graveside at Sunset Cemetery at 12:00 p.m., Thursday, May 25, 2006
BURIAL: Sunset Cemetery
VISITATION: The family will receive friends from 10:30 until 11:30 a.m., Thursday, May 25, 2006 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home.
PERSONAL HISTORY: She was born in Cleveland County to the late Marks Quinn and Mary Etta Price Hamrick. Ms. Willson was retired after 33 years as a bookkeeper with Bost Bakery, was a lifetime member of Central United Methodist Church, was a member of the Broad River Genealogical Society and was a graduate of Mars Hill College.
SURVIVORS: Daughter, Daria Willson of Marietta, GA; brother, James Lehman Hamrick of Spartanburg; niece, Mary Cater Boyer of Raleigh; great nieces, Maria Boyer and Anna Boyer of Raleigh; many cousins.
OFFICIATING CLERGY: Dr. John Boggs and Dr. Joe Reeves
