SHELBY- Lynn Hambright Davis, born August 7, 1950, in Cherokee, Co., passed away peacefully on October 25, 2026, at the age of 76, surrounded by her loving family.

Lynn was a devoted school teacher who inspired countless students through her passion and dedication. She loved her family deeply and approached each day with a spirit full of love and purpose. Known for her vibrant creativity, Lynn was into a little bit of everything—always exploring artsy stuff and embracing life with an open heart. She cherished the simple joys of life and was fueled by the satisfaction of crossing off items on her beloved "to-do" list.

Lynn was preceded in death by her husband, Roney Davis; her sister, Carol Price; her brother, Andy Hambright; and her parents, Samuel and Elizabeth Hambright. She is lovingly remembered by her son Marty Davis and wife Sherri Davis, her daughter Jennifer Davis, her sister Karen Moss, and her cherished fur grandbabies Biscuit, Harley Jean, and Moonpie.

Her life was a beautiful tapestry of love, creativity, and commitment to those she held dear. Lynn’s legacy lives on in the hearts of her family and friends, inspiring all who knew her to embrace life fully and with joy.
