SHELBY: Leona Stage Willis, 90, died Monday, December 27, 2021 at Peak Resources in Shelby. She was born Sept. 9, 1931 in Rochester, NY. Leona is survived by her daughters, Charlotte Rose and Karen Emory of Shelby; and son, Larry Willis Jr. and wife Cathy of Blacksburg.
