KINGS MOUTAIN- Mr. Phachoumphone, 74, of Chesterfield Court, died Friday at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. Family services will be held later in the week. Funeral arrangements are being handled by The Clay-Barnette Funeral Home of Kings Mountain.
