Justin Matthew Crook

KINGS MOUNTAIN: Justin “Matt” Matthew Crook, 33, went to be with his Lord after being taken away to soon on Saturday August 17, 2019. He was a kind, loving man with a generous heart. He had a great sense of humor and loved singing, bowling and all of God’s creatures. He was the son of Amy Rudisill of Shelby, Barry Crook of Forest City and Jason and Melissa Harris of Rock Hill. He was preceded in death by his Aunt Sherri Harding. In addition to his parents he is survived by his brother Michael Crook of Mooresboro; sister Megan Smith and husband Austin of Lawndale; half brother Jacob Harris of Rock Hill; half sister Megan Vickers of Wisconsin; Grandparents Tony and Linda West and Norman “John” and Brenda Crook; Niece McKenly Smith; nephew Brently Smith and nephew on the way Ryland Matthew Smith; Uncles Darron Crook and James West; Aunt Myra Bradley and husband Scott; and numerous cousins. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday August 21, 2019 at Bethel Baptist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Dr. Tim Simms, officiating.
