SHELBY- Mrs. Janet E. Wilson, 68, of Homewood, Illinois, passed away Tuesday August 5, 2008 her home. She was retired as a legal secretary from Borg-Warner Company.
PRECEDED IN DEATH: Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her parents, James and Alma Fligg, of Chicago, and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Ben (Doc) and Faye Wilson of Shelby.
She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Ray Wilson of Homewood, formerly of Shelby; brothers, Bobby Fligg of Portland, Oregon and Ray Fligg of Chicago; sisters Judy Carlson, Dianne Perrone and husband, Matt, and Leah Johnson, all of Chicago; sisters-in-law Betty W. Grant and Annica W. Allen and husband, Glenn, of Shelby; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends on Friday, August 8, 2008 from 2 until 9 p.m. at Tews Funeral Home in Homewood.
FUNERAL: The funeral will be on Saturday, August 9, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Salem Lutheran Church in Homewood, where she was a member.
BURIAL: Burial will follow at Concordia Cemetery in Hammond, Indiana.
