SHELBY: HK Panther, 90, died Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2017, at his home. A native of Cherokee Co., SC, he was the son of the late A.C. and Annie Hudson Panther. He was a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, and retired as a supervisor with the Lily Mill.

PRECEDED: In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Evelina; brothers, Lawrence, James, Marvin, and Clifford Panther; and sister, Fannie Jane Hawkins

SURVIVED: He is survived by his daughter, Judy Bolin and husband Thomas of Shelby; sister, Pricilla Kendrick and husband Buster of Shelby; brother, Arthur Panther and wife Linda of Blacksburg; grandchildren, Timothy Scott Bolin, Jeffrey Bolin, and Joseph Daniel Bolin; great-grandchildren, James, Jonathan, Jennifer, Makayla, Kindra, Joseph Kree, Minnie, and Jeremiah; and great-great-grandchildren, Camden, Jaxon, and Ezekiel.

GRAVESIDE FUNERAL SERVICES: Graveside services will be held 1pm, Friday, in Cleveland Memorial Park

OFFICIATING: Rev. Tim Trexler will officiate
