SHELBY- Mrs. Helen B. Watts, 85, of 418 E. Warren Street, died Saturday, November 14, 2009 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. A native of York County, SC, she was the daughter of the late John and Mary Armstrong Brown. Mrs. Watts retired from J & C Dying and was a member of Second Baptist Church.
PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
SURVIVORS: She is survived by her son, Michael Watts and wife Elaine of Gaffney; her daughter Kathy Stanley and husband Buddy of Shelby; two sisters Shirley Bolt of Shelby, and Linda Mason of Enoree, SC; a brother Clyde Brown of Cherryville, grandson David Watts of Gaffney; two great grandchildren, Michael and Krislyn Watts, and one great-great granddaughter Mallory Watts.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at Second Baptist Church from 2-3 pm.
FUNERAL: Services will be held, Wednesday, 3 pm at Second Baptist Church.
INTERMENT: Burial will immediately follow in Sunset Cemetery.
CLERGY: Dr. Reginald Dawkins will be officiating
