Hannah Louise Barber

SHELBY- Ms. Hannah Louise Barber, 87, of Shelby, passed away peacefully Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Wendover Hospice. A native of Iredell County, she was born May 12, 1925, daughter of the late Hubert and Jessie Oswalt Parks. She was a member of Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.
SURVIVED: She is survived by five nephews and two nieces. She is also survived by her special friend, Ruth Williams of Shelby.
SERVICES: A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Monday at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church.
CLERGY: Dr. J. Eric Davis and Rev. Andy Oliver will be officiating.
BURIAL: Burial will be in the church cemetery following the graveside service.
MEMORIALS: Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cleveland County, 951 Wendover Heights Rd. Shelby, NC 28150 or Pleasant Ridge Baptist Church, 198 Pleasant Ridge Church Road, Shelby, NC 28152.
