GROVER- Frances W. Luco, 77, died Sunday, April 16, 2017, at her home. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Isaac Walker Sr., and Pauline Hull Walker. She was a member of Shelby Freewill Baptist Church.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Gene, Scott and Chris Owens; daughter, Connie Nodine Gilbert; granddaughter, Jamie Owens; and brothers, Michael and Bud Walker

SURVIVED: She is survived by her sons, Robbie Owens and fiancée Donna Gales of Lincolnton and Barry Nodine and fiancée Debbie Steadham of Grover; sisters, Hazel Lovelace of Shelby, Betty Jean Hudson and husband J.L. of Waco, Delores Owens and husband Dennis of Shelby, Gail Walker and husband Terry of Shelby; brothers, Isaac Walker Jr. of Shelby and Tom Walker and wife Jo of Shelby; thirteen grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.

MEMORIAL SERVICES: A Memorial Service will be held 5pm, Wednesday, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel

OFFICIATING: The Rev. Mike Carper will officiate
