NAME: Eveline Lovelace Hamrick
SHELBY- Eveline Lovelace Hamrick, 80, passed away Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at Carolinas Healthcare Systems-Cleveland. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late David “Sanky” and Minnie R. Causby Lovelace. She was a member of Grace Covenant Church of God.
PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Hamrick and one daughter, Genice Morrison.
SURVIVED: She is survived by four sisters, Julie Oliver, Bertha Truelove, Ruth Guyton, and Viola Myers all of Shelby; three brothers, Charles Lovelace and wife Joann of Cherryville, James Lovelace and wife Pat, Fred Lovelace and wife Libby all of Shelby; and many nieces and nephews.
SERVICES: A funeral service will be held 2 pm Thursday at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
