Eilene Emory

KINGS MOUNTAIN: Eilene “Tish” Emory, 59, died Sunday, November 7, 2021 at her home. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Benny and Dorothy Bridges Curtis. Tish retired from Food Lion and later worked for Ingles. She was a member of Faith Baptist Church, and loved her children, cooking and baking cakes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Ben Curtis; and sister, Jean Walker. She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Ricky Emory of the home; son, Kevin Emory; daughter, Ashlyn Emory, both of the home; and sister, Pat Crego and husband Ron of Cowpens, SC. A graveside gathering will be held 11:00am, Friday, November 12, 2021 at Faith Baptist Church Cemetery, with the Rev. Dr. J. Barry Goodman officiating.
