Deborah Jean Pittman

SHELBY- Deborah Jean Pittman 75 of Shelby went home to be with her Lord and savior on May 28, 2026. She was a devoted mother, Nana, great Nana, sister and daughter.

Retired from Waffle house where she worked many years providing excellent service she loved People and enjoyed making others laugh.after retirement she didn't stop there as she loved helping those around her she was very devoted to her family and friends

Deborah is preceded in death by her son, Carl Mote; daughter, Jerri Turner; parents, Jim and Dorothy Leiss; sister, Vickie Leiss. She is survived by her children, Karlla Mote and George T Worrell lll of Tenn., Elizabeth Mote Lovelace and husband Phillip Lovelace of Hendersonville N.C., Kerri Mote Lovelace and fiancée Ricky Lovelace of Shelby N.C, and Michael Mote and wife Ashley Mote of Shelby N.C.; 22 grandkids; two great grands; and sisters, Cindy Leiss and Keila Leiss of Ohio.

Deb will greatly be missed but Never forgotten her legacy she will leave with those she touched around her remembering this is a see you later not a goodbye.
