Crystal R. Crump

FOREST CITY-Crystal Renee Crump, 42, died Monday, July 26,2021, at Atrium Health Cleveland. A native of Cleveland County, she is the daughter of Judy Crump of Shelby and the late Dale Crump. Crystal was a loving daughter, mother, sister and aunt who enjoyed spending time with friends and family. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Chris Crump; grandparents, Defoy and Irene Lovelace and Joe and Darice Crump. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son, Carter Crump of Forest City; sister, Dela Crump of Shelby; brother, Keith Crump and Fiancée Rena Deaton of Mooresboro; nieces, Nicole Harris, Aden Crump and fiancée Jordan Waters, Taylor Jann and husband Jeremy of Mooresboro; nephews, Aaron Crump and Carson Walker; great niece, Anna Harris; great nephew, Hank Jann; special friend, Shannon White; extra special friends, Joshua Walker and Selena Lovelace. A memorial service will be held 3PM, Friday, July 30,2021, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Stroup officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
