Chris Nunn

Shelby: Chris Nunn, a devoted son, brother, and friend, passed away on June 15, 2025, in Cleveland County, North Carolina, at the age of 40. Born on April 20, 1985, in Fulton County, Georgia, Chris spent his life embodying the traits of intelligence, hard work, and a deep love for his family.

Chris was known for his dedication to his work as a forklift operator, where he earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues through his diligent efforts and unwavering work ethic. Outside of his professional life, Chris was a man of many talents and passions. He had a profound appreciation for the arts, spending much of his time drawing, creating art, and enjoying music. His creative spirit was matched only by his commitment to those he loved.

Chris's legacy is one of warmth, kindness, and loyalty, cherished by all who knew him. He is preceded in death by his brother, Larry Yarbrough Jr., whose memory Chris carried fondly in his heart.

He is survived by his loving parents, Larry and Shirley Yarbrough of McDonough, Georgia, and his sister, Tina Yarbrough of Locust Grove, Georgia. His extended family includes four aunts and two uncles, all of whom remember Chris with affection and gratitude for the joy he brought into their lives.

Though he has departed from this world, Chris Nunn’s spirit remains alive in the hearts of those who were fortunate to know him. His life was a testament to the power of love, creativity, and perseverance.
