Cathy Marshall

SHELBY-Cathy Dellinger Marshall,63, died Monday September 6,2021 at her home. A native of Cleveland County she was the daughter of the late Crayton and Vera Short Dellinger. Cathy was a loving wife and mother who was a friend or mother figure to all she met. She loved the Lord and served as church secretary for Calvary Baptist Church for more than 20 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Barry Dellinger. She is survived by her loving husband Hoey “Bo” Marshall of the home; daughter, Cynthia Marshall of the home; brother, Rick Dellinger and Gwen of Grover, special nieces, Dana Trammel and husband David, Katie Brigman and husband Adam; great nephew, Zachary Trammel; numerous other nieces and nephews and extended church family. A memorial service will be held 2PM, Saturday, September 11,2021 at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Robert Rash officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church.
In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the empty tummy fund or the radio ministry at Calvary Baptist church, 320 Old Boiling Springs Rd
