Carl Lemmons

SHELBY- Michael Lemmons, 54, passed away Monday March 13, 2017 at Carolinas Healthcare Systems-Cleveland. He was the son of Carl Ray and Margaret Ayers Lemmons. He was a loving husband, son, father, and grandfather also a member of Patterson Springs Baptist Church.

SURVIVED: in addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 25 years, Wanda Wisher Lemmons of the home; one son, Brandon Deaton and wife Macie of Shelby; three daughters, Heather Harding and husband David, Haley Lemmons all of Shelby, Carley Lemmons of Kings Mountain; one sister, Gloria Parker and husband Carl of Shelby; two brothers, Dennis and Richard Lemmons both of Lattimore; eight grandchildren, Alen-Micheal Oliver, Abbie Oliver, DJ Harding, Madison Harding, Jadence Baylor, Shyanne Harding, Renlee Deaton, and Greyson Baylor; a special sister and brother in law and friends, Geoffrey and Robin Heffner; numerous nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: A memorial service will be held 6pm Thursday in the chapel of Clay-Barnette Funeral Home with a visitation one hour prior at the funeral home.
