Betty Raines

SHELBY: Betty B. Raines, 75, died Saturday, October 3, 2020, at Atrium Health in Shelby. A native York Co., SC, she was born April 6, 1945. She was a member of Manna Baptist Church. Betty is survived by her sons, Robert Raines and fiancée Teressa Rogers and Donald Raines and girlfriend Wanda Stafford, both of Shelby; daughter, Janice Baily of Marion; sisters, Virginia Abernathy and husband Stan, Doris Jones, Katherine Sailors and husband Ed, Della Price and Martha, all of Shelby; grandsons, Tim Hoyle and Christopher Bailey; and great grandson, Tanner Hoyle. A visitation will be held 10-11am, Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 11:30am, in Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery, on Christopher Road, with the Rev. Andy Stevens officiating.
