Becky Murray

MOORESBORO- Rebecca “Becky” Greene Murray, 66, of W. Main St., died Tues. Jan. 6, 2015, at Hospice at Wendover. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late George “Bill” and Virginia Cohoon Greene. She worked as a nurse for many years, and was a member of Sandy Run Baptist Church.

SURVIVED: She is survived by her loving husband of 25 ½ years, Lester Murray, of the home; sons, David Coggins and wife Barbara, Christopher Coggins and wife Emily, all of Boiling Springs, Tim Murray of Mooreboro, and Mark Murray and wife Leigh of Forest City; brothers, Phillip Greene and partner Michael Greene of Forest City, and Tom Greene and wife Rae of Newton; grandchildren, Morgan and Heidi Coggins, Clint, Samantha, and Jay Murray; great-grandchildren, Calli and Allie Murray; and special friend, Janet Jau of Mooresboro.

GRAVESIDE FUNERAL SERVICE: Friday, 12p.m., at Sandy Run Baptist Church Cemetery

VISITATION: The family will receive friends Friday, 10-11:30a.m., at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home of Shelby, and other times at her home.
