SHELBY: Debra “Debbie” Dowd, 53, died Thursday, Feb. 8, 2018, at Carolinas Healthcare System-Cleveland. A native of Jamestown, NY, she is the daughter of Mary Bryant of Shelby, and the late Robert Rudd. She was a member of Grover Church of God, where she enjoyed singing.
SURVIVED: In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son, Timothy Rudd; and brothers, Daniel, Dean, and Larry Rudd, all of Shelby.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends 2-4pm, Sunday, Feb. 11, 2018, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home
FUNERAL HOME: Arrangements are entrusted to Clay-Barnette Funeral Home of Shelby
SURVIVED: In addition to her mother, she is survived by her son, Timothy Rudd; and brothers, Daniel, Dean, and Larry Rudd, all of Shelby.
